The Comedians featured are as follows:
Jodee Champion
A Colorado native, Jodee Champion is a favorite at her hometown Comedy Works in Denver. She travels all over the country to perform at venues like the Gotham in New York City, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Being a young single mom inspires much of Jodee’s material—and socially acceptable alcoholism provides the rest.
Laura Lee
Laura Lee has been blazing a trail for today’s women with her clever writing and fearless attitude. The newly divorced mother of three humorously shares the adventures of conquering the world as a single mom, writing for television, raising three boys and the joys of life after divorce.
Laura’s upbeat performances also draw from her experiences as a corporate marketing executive and rediscovering herself by traveling to Europe for the Olympics, dating, and her significant accomplishments as an athlete.
Kevin A. Fox
Originally from Durango, CO, Kevin A. Fox has been working the Denver stand-up scene for the last 6 years. His seemingly endless list of credits include being a frequent open-mic host, and a Comedy Works New Faces semi-finalist: Kevin knows how to tickle your funny bone. In addition to spending his days selling car batteries to children, he can be heard each week on The Almost Vagrants Show (google it).
James Gold
James Gold, a California transplant, has been performing comedy on and off for several years.
His comedy experience includes two years working as a writer and performer at a musical theatre, several years toiling in a cubicle farm, a sandwich maker, a graphic designer, and a coffee slinger.
His material is drawn from various things that fill the planet Earth, ranging from Pac Man to corporate life, electrical outlets and beyond.
Jordan Wieleba
Comedian Jordan Wieleba has been bringing her edgy and sarcastic wit to audiences since 2006.
In 2011, Jordan came out as transgendered and has been incorporating her unique perspective into her act ever since.
Jordan was a founding member of the sketch comedy group Fried Nothing; she can currently be seen with the variety show "Altered Shtick" and on comedy stages across Colorado regularly.
Kendra Thompson
Kendra Thompson's dark brand of humor will kick that ass.
She'll be performing, and you don't want to miss it.
Brendon Lemon
Brendon Lemon began improvising as a child when explaining to teachers why he didn't have his homework. Beginning in 2000 he started studying improv through a high school club in Detroit, Michigan called Sketchy at Best. After two years of monthly performances, he began performing stand-up comedy at the legendary Comedy Castle.
He was filmed in 2003 for the documentary Be Funny as an aspiring young comedian, and shared the spotlight with established comedians like Christopher Titus and Mike Green.
